Single-Room Package
- Saturday, Sunday or Weekdays after 5 p.m.: $288.75 per hour
- Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.: $57.75 per hour (no amplified sound permitted)

- Capacity varies according to set up layout: Max 100 seated
Double-Room Package
- Saturday, Sunday or Weekdays after 5 p.m.: $2,656.50 per day
- Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.: $1,155.00 per hour (no amplified sound permitted)
- Up to 6 hours, including set up and clean up
- Choose two rooms from:
Turtle Court, West Gardens, Spanish Court, Long Gallery, Prepping Kitchen, Veranda - Choose from a variety of table and chair options
- Capacity varies according to set up layout: Max 150 seated
- Additional rental time: $173.25 per hour
The Grand Package
- Weekends: $3,696.00 per day
- Up to 10 hours, including set up and break down
- Access to: Turtle Court, West Gardens, Spanish Court, Long Gallery, Room 102, Room 105, Prepping Kitchen, Veranda, and Period Room
- Choose from a variety of table and chair options
- Capacity varies according to set up layout: Max 200 guests cocktail style, 150 seated
- Additional rental time: $173.25 per hour
Rental Guidelines
- Reservation fee: 20% non-refundable (applied toward total)
- Security deposit: 10% refundable
- Final payment due: All fees and deposits must be paid in full two weeks prior to your event
- Rental hours must include:
Vendor setup, load in/out, and full clean up (we recommend at least two hours for set up and one hour for breakdown). - Venue hours of operation: 7 a.m.-11 p.m.
- Sales tax: 7.5% not included in listed prices
- Accepted payment methods: cash, check (payable to “City of Gainesville”), Visa, Mastercard and American Express
