Mindful Movement with Sarit Sela: SloMo & Nia Session at the Serenity Exhibition

Join us for a serene and empowering mindful movement session led by Sarit Sela, combining the joyful expression of Nia with the meditative flow of SloMo.
Inspired by dance, martial arts, and intuitive movement, this unique experience offers a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner joy and calm.
Offered in accompaniment to the Serenity art exhibition at the Thomas Center, this all-levels session includes grounding breathwork, slow-flow movement, and closing seated meditation. No experience necessary—just wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to move with or without shoes.
Come as you are. Leave feeling centered, refreshed, and uplifted.
Free and open to the public. Beginners welcome.
